SENATE FLOOR AMENDMENT number ___5__ to SENATE JUDICIARY COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR SENATE BILL 5

    1. On page 4, lines 16 and 17, strike ", other than a law enforcement agency that employs the respondent" and insert in lieu thereof "; provided that, if the respondent is a law enforcement officer, the petition shall be filed by the district attorney or the attorney general".
