HOUSE FLOOR AMENDMENT number ___1__ to HOUSE BILL 269, as amended

Amendment sponsored by Representative Dayan Hochman-Vigil

    1. On page 1, line 12, strike "AND" and insert in lieu thereof a comma and after "CENTER"", insert ", "PLACE OF WORSHIP" AND "PUBLIC ACCOMMODATION"".

    2. On page 6, between lines 8 and 9, insert the following new subsection:

         "F. "place of worship" means any physical location of religious assembly;".

    3. Reletter the succeeding subsections accordingly.

    4. On page 7, line 24, before "public", insert "place of worship or".

    5. On page 8, line 4, after "state", insert ", place of worship".

    6. On page 9, line 14, after "center", insert ", place of worship".

    7. On page 9, line 18, after "center", insert ", place of worship".

    8. On page 9, line 19, after "center", insert ", place of worship".

    9. On page 10, line 2, strike "or community center building" and insert in lieu thereof ", community center, place of worship or public accommodation".

    10. On page 10, line 4, after "center", insert ", place of worship".
