AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE INDIAN AFFAIRS DEPARTMENT FOR MARKETING OF THE CENTENNIAL CELEBRATION OF THE SANTA FE INDIAN MARKET.

 

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     SECTION 1. APPROPRIATION.--Two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the Indian affairs department for expenditure in fiscal years 2021 and 2022 for marketing of the centennial celebration of the Santa Fe Indian market. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2022 shall revert to the general fund.
