HOUSE FLOOR AMENDMENT number ___3__ to SENATE RULES COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR SENATE BILL 672

Amendment sponsored by Representative Rod Montoya

    1. On page 3, between lines 14 and 15, insert a new Subsection F to read:

         "F. If an early voting site or polling place does not have real-time access to the statewide electronic voter file, a voter desiring to update an existing certificate of registration or to register to vote shall be issued a provisional ballot.".

    2. Reletter the succeeding subsection accordingly.
