               COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR

                    SENATE BILL 649

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, lines 12 and 13, strike "NEW MEXICO FILM DIVISION OF THE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT" and insert in lieu thereof "INDIAN AFFAIRS".

    2. On page 1, line 19, strike "New Mexico film division of the economic development" and insert in lieu thereof "Indian affairs".

    3. On page 1, line 21, strike "and" and insert in lieu thereof "who are members of New Mexico Indian nations, tribes or pueblos and New Mexico".,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
