has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, lines 21 and 22, remove the brackets and line-through, and on line 21, before "and", insert a comma.

    2. On page 1, line 22, after "tons", insert "to any hard-rock mining or milling company for use in any combination of extracting, leaching, milling, smelting, refining or processing ore at a mine site,".
