AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE HUMAN SERVICES DEPARTMENT TO FUND A FULL-TIME FAMILY ASSISTANT ANALYST POSITION IN SANTA ROSA.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     SECTION 1. APPROPRIATION.--Fifty-one thousand fifty-six dollars ($51,056) is appropriated from the general fund to the human services department for expenditure in fiscal year 2020 to fund a full-time family assistant analyst position in Santa Rosa. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2020 shall revert to the general fund.
