    Your PUBLIC AFFAIRS COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE BILL 517

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 23, strike "at the time" and insert in lieu thereof "within the hour".

    2. On page 2, before line 1, insert the following new subsection:

         "B. A charge for a violation of Subsection A of this section shall be in addition to a charge for the violation of Section 66-8-102 NMSA 1978 and shall be punished as a separate offense.".

    3. Reletter the succeeding subsection accordingly.,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
