AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE WORKFORCE SOLUTIONS DEPARTMENT TO PROVIDE FOR AN ENTREPRENEURIAL AND BUSINESS TRAINING PROGRAM IN THE CULINARY INDUSTRY.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     SECTION 1. APPROPRIATION.--One hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the workforce solutions department for expenditure in fiscal year 2020 and subsequent fiscal years to provide for an entrepreneurial and business training program in the culinary industry to increase the number of culinary entrepreneurs in the state. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of a fiscal year shall not revert to the general fund.
