has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 15, strike "; MAKING AN APPROPRIATION".

    2. On page 2, line 17, after "programs", strike the remainder of the line.

    3. On page 2, lines 18 and 19, strike "pursuant to the federal Older Americans Act of 1965" and insert in lieu thereof "by the department or its designee".

    4. On page 5, line 1, strike "and" and insert in lieu thereof "or".

    5. On page 5, lines 16 through 22, strike Section 3 in its entirety.,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
