AN ACT
MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR THE AGRICULTURE LEADERSHIP PROGRAM AT THE NEW MEXICO STATE UNIVERSITY COLLEGE OF AGRICULTURAL, CONSUMER, AND ENVIRONMENTAL SCIENCES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:
SECTION 1. APPROPRIATION.--One hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the board of regents of New Mexico state university for expenditure in fiscal year 2020 to provide for the expansion of programs and services in the agriculture leadership program in the college of agricultural, consumer, and environmental sciences to provide business skills training for agriculture producers. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2020 shall revert to the general fund.
