    Your STATE GOVERNMENT, ELECTIONS & INDIAN AFFAIRS COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

 

SENATE BILL 473

 

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

 

1. On page 5, line 12, after "G.", insert:

 

     "It shall be the duty of the treasurer to bring amendments to the investment policy to the board of finance and obtain consent before such amendments take effect. The investment policy shall be reviewed at least every two years.".

 

     2. On page 5, lines 16 and 17, remove the brackets and line-through, and on line 19, strike "at least every two years".
