has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 3, line 6, after "network", insert "where no in-network provider is available and accessible, as availability and accessibility are defined in network adequacy standards issued by the superintendent of insurance".

    2. On page 7, line 15, after "network", insert "where no in-network provider is available and accessible, as availability and accessibility are defined in network adequacy standards issued by the superintendent".

    3. On page 11, line 23, after "network", insert "where no in-network provider is available and accessible, as availability and accessibility are defined in network adequacy standards issued by the superintendent".

    4. On page 16, line 7, after "network", insert "where no in-network provider is available and accessible, as availability and accessibility are defined in network adequacy standards issued by the superintendent".

    5. On page 20, line 10, after "network", insert "where no in-network provider is available and accessible, as availability and accessibility are defined in network adequacy standards issued by the superintendent".,

and thence referred to the CORPORATIONS AND TRANSPORTATION COMMITTEE.
