    Your CORPORATIONS AND TRANSPORTATION COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE BILL 301

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 3, lines 21 through 23, strike Subsection E in its entirety and insert in lieu thereof a new Subsection E to read:

         "E. As used in this section, "meal" means food items prepared or cooked on the licensed premises and that are typically served as a main course or two or more small dishes served together to create a main course. "Meal" does not include popcorn, peanuts, chips, crackers or other snack items."".,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
