SENATE BILL 229, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. Strike Senate Education Committee Amendment 1.

     2. On page 2, line 8, after "civic", strike the remainder of the line, strike line 9 through the comma and insert in lieu thereof "readiness" includes".

     3. On page 2, strike Subsection D in its entirety.

     4. Reletter the succeeding subsections accordingly.

     5. On page 5, line 11, after "personnel", insert ", tribal nations".

     6. On page 5, line 19, strike "traditional support,".

     7. On page 6, strike Subparagraph (b) in its entirety.

     8. Reletter the succeeding subparagraphs accordingly.
