has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 5, line 7, before "A", insert "In a land grant-merced with bylaws that include the use of precincts, no more than the apportioned number of members for any given precinct as set forth in the bylaws shall serve on the board of trustees.".,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
