has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, lines 14 and 15, strike "; DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.".

    2. On page 1, line 22, strike "adopt" and insert in lieu thereof "issue".

    3. On page 2, line 10, strike "authority having jurisdiction" and insert in lieu thereof "state or a political subdivision of the state with a fire and life safety enforcement program".

    4. On page 2, line 15, strike "authority having jurisdiction" and insert in lieu thereof "state fire marshal".

    5. On page 2, lines 16 through 25 and on page 3, lines 1 through 6, strike Subsection C in its entirety and insert in lieu thereof a closing quotation mark.

    6. On page 3, lines 7 and 8, strike Section 2 in its

entirety.,

and thence referred to the CORPORATIONS AND TRANSPORTATION COMMITTEE.
