AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE BOARD OF REGENTS OF THE UNIVERSITY OF NEW MEXICO TO SUPPORT PRIMARY AND SECONDARY CARE RESIDENCIES.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     SECTION 1. APPROPRIATION.--One million two hundred thousand dollars ($1,200,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the board of regents of the university of New Mexico for expenditure in fiscal year 2020 for the health sciences center to support primary and secondary care residencies. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2020 shall revert to the general fund.
