AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO SUPPORT THE NEW MEXICO STATE-UNIVERSITY OF NEW MEXICO/PRIVATE SECTOR INTERNSHIP PROGRAM IN THE SCHOOL OF ENGINEERING AT THE UNIVERSITY OF NEW MEXICO.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     SECTION 1. APPROPRIATION.--One hundred sixty thousand dollars ($160,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the board of regents of the university of New Mexico for expenditure in fiscal year 2020 to support the New Mexico state-university of New Mexico/private sector internship program in the school of engineering at the university of New Mexico. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2020 shall revert to the general fund.
