COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR

SENATE BILL 2

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 36, strike lines 4 and 5 in their entirety and insert in lieu thereof "the additional amount for expenditures made in certain areas of the state pursuant to Section 8 of this".

    2. On page 38, line 13, before the period, insert "; and provided further that the limitation in this subsection shall not apply to certification of a budget for a New Mexico film partner".

    3. On page 47, line 17, strike "provided that the" and insert in lieu thereof "for", on line 18, strike "are" and on line 22, before "either", insert "for".
