    Your LOCAL GOVERNMENT, LAND GRANTS & CULTURAL AFFAIRS COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 670

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO NOT PASS, but that

HOUSE LOCAL GOVERNMENT, LAND GRANTS & CULTURAL AFFAIRS COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR HOUSE BILL 670

DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 1, lines 18 and 19, strike "Thirty-six million forty-three thousand one hundred twenty-two dollars ($36,043,122)" and insert in lieu thereof "Thirty-six million nine hundred forty-three thousand one hundred twenty-two dollars ($36,943,122)".

     2. On page 1, lines 23 and 24, strike "twenty-seven million three hundred ninety-three thousand one hundred twenty-two dollars ($27,393,122)" and insert in lieu thereof "twenty-eight million two hundred ninety-three thousand one hundred twenty-two dollars ($28,293,122)".

     3. On page 3, between lines 7 and 8, insert a new subparagraph to read:

                     "(n) the Pueblo of Santa Ana in Sandoval county, nine hundred thousand dollars ($900,000);".

     4. Reletter the succeeding subparagraphs accordingly.,

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS & FINANCE COMMITTEE.
