has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 2, line 25, strike "and" and insert in lieu thereof "or".

     2. On page 3, line 1, after "builder", insert "as provided by rule".

     3. On page 6, line 17, after "sell", strike "and" and insert in lieu thereof "or".

     4. On page 7, lines 10 through 13, strike Subsection C in its entirety.

     5. Reletter the succeeding subsections.

     6. On page 7, line 23, after "NOTICE", insert "--RIGHT TO REPAIR".

     7. On page 8, line 1, before "legal", insert "a related" and strike "for a breach of warranty".

     8. On page 11, line 19, after "coverage", insert "and the subsequent owner shall be held to the terms of the warranty".,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
