    Your TRANSPORTATION, PUBLIC WORKS & CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 611

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 2, line 24, strike "two hundred fifty dollars ($250)" and insert in lieu thereof "two hundred dollars ($200)".

    2. On page 2, line 25, after the semicolon, insert "and".

    3. On page 3, lines 1 through 5, strike Paragraphs (2) and (3) in their entirety and insert in lieu thereof the following:

              "(2) three hundred dollars ($300) for a second or subsequent offense.".,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
