has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 12, after “DOGS” insert in lieu thereof “AND LIVESTOCK”.

    2. On page 7, line 2, after “dog” insert in lieu thereof “or livestock”.,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
