has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 2, strike lines 4 through 6 in their entirety.

     2. On page 2, line 24, after "year", strike the remainder of

the line and on line 25, strike "basis".

     3. On page 3, line 13, strike "I" and insert in lieu thereof

"H".

     4. On page 4, line 7, strike "C" and insert in lieu thereof

"B" and on line 14, strike "D" and insert in lieu thereof "C".

     5. On page 6, strike lines 1 through 3 in their entirety.

     6. On page 6, line 9, strike "fifty thousand dollars

($50,000)" and insert in lieu thereof "one hundred fifty thousand

dollars ($150,000)".

     7. On page 6, line 18, after "year", strike the remainder of

the line and on line 19, strike "basis".

     8. On page 7, line 9, strike "G" and insert in lieu thereof

"F" and on line 21, strike "D" and insert in lieu thereof "C".

     9. Reletter subsections in accordance with these amendments.
