HOUSE BILL 541

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 12, after "DEFINITIONS", strike the remainder of the line, strike line 13 in its entirety and insert in lieu thereof a period.

     2. On page 2, line 11, after "bill", strike the remainder of the line and strike line 12 through "bill".

     3. On page 3, line 17 through page 5, line 7, strike Section 2 in its entirety.,

and thence referred to the COMMERCE & ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE.
