    1. Strike Senate Judiciary Committee Amendment 3.

    2. Strike House Labor, Veterans' and Military Affairs Committee Amendments 5 and 6.

    3. On page 1, line 21, strike "15" and insert in lieu thereof "13".

    4. On page 7, line 15, after "($10,000,000)", strike the remainder of the line and strike line 16 through "years".

    5. On page 7, line 17, strike "authority" and insert in lieu thereof "board", and strike "7" and insert in lieu thereof "5".

    6. On page 7, line 23, after "($10,000,000)", strike the remainder of the line and strike line 24 through "less".

    7. On page 7, line 25, strike "6" and insert in lieu thereof "5".

    8. On page 11, line 1, strike "6" and insert in lieu thereof "5".

    9. On page 12, line 23, strike "4" and insert in lieu thereof "3".

    10. On page 13, between lines 6 and 7, insert the following new subsection:

         "E. Money in the public-private partnership project fund may be used for grants or loans to an Indian nation, tribe or pueblo that has entered into a partnership with a private partner for the development of a public project only if:

             (1) the cost of the public project is in excess of ten million dollars ($10,000,000);

             (2) the agreement between the Indian nation, tribe or pueblo and the private partner is approved by the board; and

             (3) the grant or loan application is recommended for approval by the board and approved by the authority.".

    11. Reletter the succeeding subsection accordingly.
