HOUSE BILL 500

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 13, strike "PROGRAMS FOR AT-RISK YOUTH" and insert in lieu thereof "RESIDENTIAL WILDERNESS OR BOOT CAMP PROGRAMS".

    2. On page 2, line 14, strike "programs for at-risk youth" and insert in lieu thereof "residential wilderness or boot camp programs".

    3. On page 3, lines 2 and 3, strike "programs for at-risk youth" and insert in lieu thereof "residential wilderness or boot camp programs".

    4. On page 3, line 21, strike "program for at-risk youth" and insert in lieu thereof "residential wilderness or boot camp program".

    6. On page 3, lines 21 and 22, strike "residential, wilderness or boot camp program that serves" and insert in lieu thereof "program in which children and youth stay for at least fourteen days and that purports or claims to serve".

    7. On page 4, line 18, strike "programs for at-risk youth" and insert in lieu thereof "residential wilderness or boot camp programs".

    8. On page 11, line 20, strike "program for at-risk youth" and insert in lieu thereof "residential wilderness or boot camp program".

    9. On page 11, line 24, strike "program for at-risk youth" and insert in lieu thereof "residential wilderness or boot camp program".

    10. On page 12, line 2, strike "program for at-risk youth" and insert in lieu thereof "residential wilderness or boot camp program".

    11. On page 12, lines 7 and 8, strike "program for at-risk youth" and insert in lieu thereof "residential wilderness or boot camp program".

    12. On page 12, line 9, strike "program for at-risk youth" and insert in lieu thereof "residential wilderness or boot camp program".

    13. On page 12, lines 12 and 13, strike "program for at-risk youth" and insert in lieu thereof "residential wilderness or boot camp program".
