has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 16, strike “Three million dollars” and insert in lieu thereof “Five hundred fifty thousand dollars”.

    2. On page 1, line 17, strike “($3,000,000)” and insert in lieu thereof “($550,000)”.,

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS & FINANCE COMMITTEE.
