    1. On page 6, line 16, strike "and".

    2. On page 6, between lines 16 and 17, insert the following new paragraph:

             "(3) the petitioner has fulfilled any victim restitution ordered by the court in connection with the petitioner's conviction; and".

    3. Renumber the succeeding paragraph accordingly.
