Mr. President:
Your INDIAN AND CULTURAL AFFAIRS COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred
HOUSE BILL 303, as amended
has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
1. Strike Item 2 of House Floor Amendment 1.
2. On page 1, line 18, strike the period and insert in lieu
thereof:
"; provided that eligibility for free admission shall be contingent
upon demonstration of proof of identity, residency and status as a
foster parent or child in the custody of a foster parent, in
accordance with rules of the:
A. cultural affairs department, for free day-use admission to state-owned museums; and
B. energy, minerals and natural resources department, for
free day-use admission to state parks.".,
and thence referred to the PUBLIC AFFAIRS COMMITTEE.
