has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 6, line 21, strike "As of May 6, 2021, the" and insert in lieu thereof "The".

     2. On page 7, line 8, strike "By April 15, 2021, the" and insert in lieu thereof "The".

     3. On page 7, line 16, strike "April", strike line 17 in its entirety and insert in lieu thereof "the public notice provided pursuant to this subsection.".

     4. On page 9, line 20, strike "No later than October 1, 2021, the" and insert in lieu thereof "The".

     5. On page 10, line 17, after "commission", strike the remainder of the line.

     6. On page 10, strike line 18 up to the period.

     7. On page 10, line 20, strike "by December 2, 2021".

     8. On page 10, line 23, strike "by January 6, 2022".

     9. On page 18, line 9, strike "by February 10, 2022,".

     10. On page 18, line 11, strike "by April 1, 2022,".

     11. On page 58, line 11, strike "No later than November 2, 2022, the" and insert in lieu thereof "The".

     12. On page 67, line 8, strike "June 1, 2020" and insert in lieu thereof "April 8, 2021".

     13. On page 72, line 8, after "and", strike the remainder of the line.

     14. On page 75, lines 13 through 21, strike section 49 in its entirely.

     15. Renumber the succeeding sections accordingly.,

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS & FINANCE COMMITTEE.
