has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 15, line 4, strike the comma and insert in lieu thereof "or".

    2. On page 15, lines 4 and 5, strike "or military reservation or enclave".

    3. On page 15, line 10, strike "or proper military authority".

    4. On page 15, line 15, after "sale", strike the remainder of the line, strike lines 16 and 17 in their entirety and strike line 18 through "1978".

    5. On page 15, line 23, strike ", proper military authority".

    6. On page 16, line 22, after "custody", strike the remainder of the line, strike line 23 in its entirety and strike line 24 through "1978".

    7. On page 17, line 2, after "cases", strike the remainder of the line, strike lines 3 and 4 in their entirety and strike line 5 through "damages".

    8. On page 17, line 13, after "not,", strike the remainder of the line and strike line 14 through "enclave".,
