HOUSE FLOOR AMENDMENT number ___1__ to HOUSE BILL 165

Amendment sponsored by Representative Candie G. Sweetser

    1. On page 13, line 7, strike "2029" and insert in lieu thereof "2026".

    2. On page 15, between lines 20 and 21, insert the following:

             "(9) "new job" means a job that is occupied by an employee who has not been employed in New Mexico by the eligible employer in the three years prior to the date of hire;".

    3. Renumber the succeeding paragraphs accordingly.
