    1. Strike Item 3 of House Floor Amendment number 1.

    2. On page 2, lines 11 and 12, strike "that the person has the" and insert in lieu thereof "receipt of" and strike "all other participants" and insert in lieu thereof "each participant".

    3. On page 7, lines 24 and 25, strike "that the person has the" and insert in lieu thereof "receipt of" and strike "all other participants" and insert in lieu thereof "each participant".

    4. On page 8, line 2, after the paragraph designation "(3)", insert "for age-appropriate students,".

    5. On page 18, lines 2 and 3, strike "For students entering the eighth grade in the 2012-2013 school year, a" and insert in lieu thereof "A".

    6. On page 19, lines 1 and 2, strike "that the person has the" and insert in lieu thereof "receipt of" and strike "all other participants" and insert in lieu thereof "each participant".

    7. On page 19, line 10, after "who is", strike the remainder of the line, strike line 11 in its entirety, strike line 12 up to the semicolon and insert in lieu thereof "unable to communicate".
