    Your LOCAL GOVERNMENT, LAND GRANTS & CULTURAL AFFAIRS COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 124

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 2, line 23, strike the second occurrence of "and".

     2. On page 2, line 24, after "not", insert ", without approval by the marshal,".

     3. On page 3, line 6, strike the period and the quotation marks and insert in lieu thereof "; and".

     4. On page 3, between lines 6 and 7, insert the following new subsection:

                "C. shall not be expended for any public, private or other water system used for potable water supply."".,

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS & FINANCE COMMITTEE.
