HOUSE COMMERCE & ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR HOUSE BILL 99

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 7, between lines 8 and 9, insert the following new section:

    "SECTION 6. EFFECTIVE DATE.--The effective date of the provisions of this act is January 1, 2020.".
