has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 21, line 21, after "liability", strike the remainder of the line, strike all of line 22 and insert in lieu thereof "if the person acted with reasonable care.".,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
