     HOUSE CONSUMER & PUBLIC AFFAIRS COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR HOUSE BILL 51

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 11, strike "THROUGH" and insert in lieu thereof "AND", on line 12, strike "THROUGH" and insert in lieu thereof "AND" and before the period, insert ", WHICH CRIMINALIZES ABORTION".

    2. On page 1, line 15, strike "through" and insert in lieu thereof "and" and on line 16, strike "through" and insert in lieu thereof "and".
