HOUSE FLOOR AMENDMENT number ___1__ to HOUSE BILL 47, as amended

    1. Strike House Education Committee Amendments 1 and 5.

    2. On page 1, line 21, after "terminate", strike the remainder of the line, strike line 22 in its entirety and strike line 23 through "service" and insert in lieu thereof "a licensed school employee, excluding licensed educational assistants who have not been offered and accepted the third consecutive contract,".

    3. On page 3, line 14, after "terminate", strike the remainder of the line, strike line 15 in its entirety and on line 16, strike "consecutive years" and insert in lieu thereof "a licensed school employee who has been offered and accepted a third-year contract".
