has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 1, line 11, strike "CHILDREN'S COURT IMPROVEMENT

COMMISSION" and insert in lieu thereof "SECRETARY OF CHILDREN, YOUTH AND FAMILIES".

     2. On page 3, line 2, strike "children's" and insert in lieu thereof "secretary of children, youth and families".

     3. On page 3, line 3, strike "court improvement commission".

     4. On page 3, line 5, after the semicolon, insert "the children's court improvement commission;".

     5. On page 3, line 21, strike "the co-chairs of the children's court improvement commission;".

     6. On page 3, line 23, after the semicolon, insert "the co-chairs of the children's court improvement commission;".
