    3. On page 2, line 10, after "shall", insert "not".

    4. On page 7, line 15, strike "2018-2019" and insert in lieu thereof "2019-2020".

    5. On page 7, line 18, strike "2019-2020" and insert in lieu thereof "2020-2021".

    6. On page 7, line 21, strike "2020-2021" and insert in lieu thereof "2021-2022".

    7. On page 7, line 24, strike "2021-2022" and insert in lieu thereof "2022-2023".

    8. On page 8, line 2, strike "2022-2023" and insert in lieu thereof "2023-2024".

    9. On page 8, line 5, strike "2023-2024" and insert in lieu thereof "2024-2025".

    10. On page 8, lines 8 through 15, strike Section 4 in its entirety.

    11. Renumber the succeeding section accordingly.

    12. On page 8, line 17, strike "2018-2019" and insert in lieu thereof "2019-2020".,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
