AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR A SECURITY OFFICER AND RELATED SECURITY TECHNOLOGY EQUIPMENT FOR THE SAN MIGUEL COUNTY MAGISTRATE COURT.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     SECTION 1. APPROPRIATION.--Fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the administrative office of the courts for expenditure in fiscal year 2019 to provide for an armed security officer and related security technology equipment at the San Miguel county magistrate court. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2019 shall revert to the general fund.
