AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR A NORTHEASTERN REGIONAL FIRST RESPONDERS TRAINING FACILITY IN LAS VEGAS, NEW MEXICO.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     SECTION 1. APPROPRIATION.--Two million forty-nine thousand five hundred dollars ($2,049,500) is appropriated from the general fund to the local government division of the department of finance and administration for expenditure in fiscal year 2019 to fund a joint project of the city of Las Vegas and San Miguel county that will create a northeastern regional first responders training facility. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2019 shall revert to the general fund.
