    Your JUDICIARY COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE BILL 123

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 12, strike "A MUNICIPAL" and insert in lieu thereof "THE CITY OF ALBUQUERQUE".

    2. On page 1, line 21, strike "a municipal" and insert in lieu thereof "the city of Albuquerque".

    3. On page 1, line 22, after "upon", strike the remainder of the line, strike line 23 through "contributing" and insert in lieu thereof "the city's contribution of".

    4. On page 1, line 25, strike "the municipality's" and insert in lieu thereof "its".,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
