AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH FOR RATE INCREASES TO FAMILY, INFANT, TODDLER PROGRAM PROVIDERS.

 

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     SECTION 1. APPROPRIATION.--Five million five hundred thousand dollars ($5,500,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the department of health for expenditure in fiscal year 2019 to fund rate increases for family, infant, toddler program providers. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2019 shall revert to the general fund.
