    2. On page 2, line 15, after the semicolon, insert "and".

    3. On page 2, line 17, strike "2021" and insert in lieu thereof "2023", strike "2024" and insert in lieu thereof "2028" and strike "nine" and insert in lieu thereof "eight".

    4. On page 2, line 18, strike the semicolon and insert in lieu thereof a period.

    5. On page 2, lines 19 through 25, and page 3, lines 1 through 3, strike Paragraphs (3) through (5) in their entirety.
