    Your FINANCE COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE BILL 51

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 3, line 18, strike "not to" and insert in lieu thereof "which reasonable costs shall not".

    2. On page 3, line 19, strike "collected" and insert in lieu thereof "distributed to the subaccount".

    3. On page 7, line 7, strike "of one hundred dollars ($100)" and on line 8, before the period insert "as follows:

             (1) beginning July 1, 2018, fifty dollars ($50.00);

             (2) beginning July 1, 2019, seventy-five dollars ($75.00); and

             (3) on and after July 1, 2020, one hundred dollars ($100)".
