AN ACT
MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE TOURISM DEPARTMENT FOR A RETIRE-IN-NEW-MEXICO MARKETING CAMPAIGN.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:
SECTION 1. APPROPRIATION.--Two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the tourism department for expenditure in fiscal year 2019 for the development and implementation of a targeted marketing campaign attracting individuals to retire in New Mexico. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2019 shall revert to the general fund.
