HOUSE BILL 54

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 2, strike Section 1 in its entirety.

     2. Renumber the succeeding sections accordingly.

     3. On page 13, line 18, remove the brackets and the line through "twenty-four" and strike "eighty".

     4. On page 15, line 9, remove the brackets and line through "forty-eight" and strike "one hundred".

     5. On page 15, line 10, strike "sixty".

     6. On page 15, line 23, remove the brackets and line through "ninety-six" and strike "two hundred forty".,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
